- One reschedule at no additional charge when the customer gives at least 24 hours' notice.
- Customer cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice receives a full refund.
- Customer cancellation inside 24 hours and customer no-shows are nonrefundable.
- If Steazy Solutions cancels, the customer chooses either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
