We are a Texas-registered limited liability company based in Houston, Texas. We offer AI consulting, readiness audits, implementation planning, and related technology services to businesses. Our work is often deeply integrated with our clients' operations — so we take data handling seriously, and we try to explain it plainly.

We collect three categories of information, for different reasons.

Information you provide directly

When you fill out the contact form, send us email, or engage us for services, you may provide:

• A description of the problem or workflow you are looking to solve
• Scope and budget information you voluntarily share
• Any documents, screenshots, or access credentials you share during an engagement

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting infrastructure may log standard request data:

• Pages requested, referring URL, and timestamps
• Basic device and browser metadata

This data is used for operational purposes — security, abuse prevention, and understanding which pages are useful — and is not linked to your identity unless you submit the contact form.

Information from third parties

We generally do not purchase or receive personal information from data brokers. We may receive information from publicly available business records (such as a state business registry) when researching prospective clients or confirming engagement details.

Improve our work

We do not use your information for any form of advertising, nor do we sell it. Ever.

Section 04How we share information

We share information only in the limited circumstances described below.

• Service providers. We use a small number of vendors to operate our business — including email, hosting, and (if engaged) invoicing and payment processing. These vendors act on our behalf under standard confidentiality and data-handling terms.
• With your direction. During an engagement, we may interact with tools, platforms, or people you have authorized as part of the scope of work.
• Legal process. We may disclose information if compelled by law, subpoena, or court order, or if necessary to protect rights, safety, or property. Where legally permitted, we will notify you before disclosure.
• Business transfers. If Steazy Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to the protections in this policy.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.

Section 05Client data & confidentiality

A significant portion of our work involves touching client systems and data — including business documents, customer records, internal knowledge bases, and credentials granted for the purpose of an engagement. The handling of that information is governed by the engagement agreement between Steazy Solutions and the client, which generally includes confidentiality terms, scope-of-use restrictions, and data-handling commitments.

In practice, we follow a few consistent principles:

• We access client data only to perform the agreed-upon scope of work.
• We return or delete client data at the end of an engagement upon request, except where retention is required by law or for reasonable record-keeping.
• We do not use client data to train our own models or products, and we do not route client data through third-party AI services without explicit authorization.
• We support on-premises or client-controlled deployments when data residency is a requirement.

Section 06Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information in our custody. This includes encrypted transit, access controls proportional to role, and limited retention.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law and without undue delay.

Section 07Retention

We retain information only as long as is reasonably necessary:

Retained for up to 24 months unless an engagement is established.

Engagement records

Retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period for accounting, tax, and professional record-keeping (typically 7 years).

Website logs

Retained for up to 90 days for operational and security purposes.

Marketing email

We do not run a marketing email list at this time.

Section 08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Request access to the information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of information, subject to legal retention obligations
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Section 09Cookies & analytics

Our website uses minimal client-side storage — primarily to remember small preferences (such as which hero variation you last viewed, during a design review). We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

We may use a lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Any such analytics is configured to avoid collecting personal identifiers where feasible.

Section 10Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Section 11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice (such as a note on the site or an email to active clients).
